Cancellation Policy

All appointments must be scheduled exclusively through the website, with full form completion and confirmation of the reservation deposit. By booking, the client agrees to the terms below: ⭐ 1. Reservation Deposit A non-refundable deposit of R$ 250 is required to secure the appointment and cover travel arrangements. A booking is confirmed only after the deposit is processed. ⭐ 2. Location Meetings are held exclusively in reputable hotels within São Paulo. The exact hotel address must be provided in the booking form. Residential locations are not accepted. ⭐ 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling Changes or cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows result in loss of the deposit. Rescheduling depends on availability. ⭐ 4. Delays Reserved time is not extended in case of late arrival. Delays exceeding 15 minutes without notice result in automatic cancellation and loss of the deposit. ⭐ 5. Conduct Respectful communication is required at all times. Inappropriate behavior or offensive language leads to immediate termination of the interaction. ⭐ 6. Payment The full fee must be settled at the beginning of the appointment. No discounts or negotiations are offered. ⭐ 7. Safety Providing false information or unsafe behavior results in immediate cancellation and permanent blocking. ⭐ 8. Overnight The Overnight service has a fixed schedule: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM Alternative hours are not available.
